How to run the XpressAmerica Setup Program
Even though the XpressAmerica setup program is easy to use this may help clear up some issues with running the setup program.
Our setup program doesn't install any mysterious programs on your computer. It only adds the new dial-up connection for XpressAmerica. The setup program will also add your new e-mail account, and remove, or change your old e-mail accounts to the proper e-mail configuration.

The pictures here are only sample images. They are for reference only. Even though it looks like the setup program, the pictures on this document are for reference only.

Below is the first box you see when you run the XpressAmerica Setup program.
The first box you need to fill out is your name. As strange as it seems this may confuse some people. If your name is John Doe, then in the "Your Name" field put John Doe, or John, or Mr. Doe. This box is only a display name, and has nothing to do with any email settings.
Now the next field which is "Username" is important to your e-mail settings. If John Doe's username is jdoe, then you would enter jdoe in lower case letters for the username. Usernames are case sensitive so make sure your "Caps Lock" button isn't on.
The final field is called "Password". Passwords should,'t match the username, but should be something you will remember. We are going to give John Doe a password of "j3d4o5e6". Passwords can be capitol letters, lowercase letters, and numbers if you so desire.
The "Remove Exsisting Dial-up and E-mail Accounts" check box should remain checked. The only reason you would need to un check the box is if you needed to have 2 different providers for dial-up in your computer. This is very rare.
If you would like to have XpressAmerica as your homepage when you start your browser then you may add a checkbox to this part of the setup. If you don't check it then your exsisting home page will remain to be the first page you view when you connect.
If you only have setup one email account at XpressAmerica, you may go ahead and click the "OK" button. If you have multiple email accounts then click the next button below.
